Oscariana

A personal conveyance based on a one-or-two wheel frame. The basic model is muscle-powered. As engines become available, they can be added to create motorcycles. The reliablity is the vehicle's speed in open terrain; it can manage twice this on a paved road. The reliability is also the maximum weight of the carriage.

With an improved power plant a vehicle becomes more efficient. To see how efficient, take the engine's relaibility and subtract its weight per power point value from the Power Plants table. If the result is positive, add it to the effective relaibility of the vehicle.
