A articulated legs allow ground vehicles to traverse most terrain.
The vehicle's speed is twice its reliability in mph. The reliability is also the maximum weight of the carriage in tons.
With an improved power plant a vehicle becomes more efficient. To see how efficient, take the engine's relaibility and subtract its weight per power point value from the Power Plants table. If the result is positive, add it to the effective relaibility of the vehicle.
