Ahriman and his fellow Wizards start investigating the intrusions of chaos in the City. Zhaunil is visited by Zarathustriel who asks alot of incuisitive and unsettling questions. A visit by WeaponsmasterIoria soon afterwards cheers the BreedingMistress up again.
GhulDril visits Iz and her garbage collectors trying to enlist their services as martial artists. This, alas, fails since noone in the world can offer the martial artists anything they want. After all, they already have the approval of Lolth.
MatronNemalzhi, Matron Zha'nel, MatronQuavyl and MatronAkorayne assemble in great secrecy to assess the possibilities of a victory if they went to war against HouseHasdrubel.
Meanwhile Ahriman notices a Demonic prescence disrupting the magical defences of the meeting and after destroying the intruding entity he joins a band of Wizards who've tracked down the summoning site for the Demon. They soon find themselves battling a host of chaotic beasties but they persevere with some help from Kranaufein who's also had trouble with the demonic disturbances.
After some inspection it seems that the power behind it all is a Human demonologist of unexpected skill.
Disturbed by this, Ahriman forsees more trouble in the future.
