Tasers are similar to NeedleWeapons in that they fire darts, but unlike the poisoned darts of needlers, taser darts contain capacitors that give the target repeated electric shocks.
A target damaged by a taser must make a Constitution roll for each action he attempts after being so damage. The difficulty is the damage rating of the taser. For each roll made, the difficulty is reduced by one. If the roll fails, the character is too much distracted to go through with the action.
Removing a taser dart requires a Medicie roll against the same difficulty. The target himself can only do this if he first succeeds at the Constitution roll.
Targets resistant to electricity or pain do not suffer this effect.
