Crafting Limits & Tool Proficiencies

A character proficient in a relevant set of artisan's tools can craft beyond the normal level limits given in the Maximum Price By Level table by one level. A character with expertise (double proficiency bonus) with a set of artisan's tools can exceed the limit by two levels.
