Discern Truth

This is an adjunct to the ability to not fall for a Bluff check. When making a Sense Motive check to see through a possible Bluff, and the tale told is the truth, the GM secretly rolls d20+5. If the Sense Motive check matches this number, the listener realizes the story is true, much as if a Bluff check had succeeded (only the story actually is true in this case). A failure leaves the listener unconvinced one way or the other.

Evaluate Opponent

You can try to discern a creature's abilities by observing its movements and manners. Out of combat, this takes one minute or more, evaluating a creature involved in combat is a swift action. The DC is 10 + the target's CR or 10 + the target's Bluff or Disguise bonus (whichever gives the highest DC), whichever is higher. On a success, you realize the target's CR, creature type, and classes (if any). Each 5 points of margin on the success gives an additional piece of information, such as creature subtype, class archetype, arcane school, bloodline, favored enemy, and such.

Sense Casting

Casting a spell or using a spell-like ability obviously does something special since it triggers an attack of opportunity.
