Dishonorable Discharge (Dragonstar)

Discharge from duty that is not according to contract, not approved by the corps, or not made by a marine in good standing and free of debt. It is not unknown for officers or the IPSD to use various means to keep soldiers from getting their well-deserved Honorable Discharge.
