You make an animal call, and other animals present in the area repeat this call, carrying it far and wide. This message must be a simple one; a call for help, a warning, a signal of triumph or despair. Anyone in the area trained in Nature can decipher the message and if they know you they will understand you sent it.
The message can spread far and wide, but only to and through areas with wildlife; anyone more than one mile from a natural locale cannot perceive the call. Otherwise it will be carried to the limits of the range during the performance of the ritual, with the exact distance depending on the result of the Nature check.
