Wrath of the Righteous is a crusader Adventure Path by Pazio. This page is about our campaign in the World of Greyhawk.
Background
Generations ago, the foul demon-god Iuz established a worldly empire. Though he was defeated several times through history, his empire always remained, even when he was imprisoned for a whole generation. In the greyhawk wars, Iuz was the main antagonist, and was banished from this plane along with most of his demonic hordes by the the Crook of Rao, a powerful artifiact that has since been lost.
At the end of the war, the forces of Iuz had overun the Shield Lands and much of northern Furyondy. They have since been pushed back, but they still occupy much of the former Shield Lands, along with the capital.
