Force Shield
Stance
You create an armored shield in front of you that gives you 5 points of armor, increasing your Toughness. The shield is only good in one direction (about a 180 degree arc), but you can change its orientation each time you take an action, including trigger actions.
Force Skin
Stance
Your skin is protected by a very tight and form-fitting force field. You gain 2 points of armor, increasing your Toughness. You can take this schtick several times gaining 2 additional points of armor each time to a maximum of 10 points.
Personal Force Field
Stance
You surround yourself with a personal force field, a bubble with a diameter slightly larger than you are tall. You gain 10 points of armor, increasing your Toughness. While inside this field, you can converse and observe but not physically interact with the surrounding reality. Your Powers cannot penetrate the force field. It is also clumsy, giving you a -2 Reflexes penalty and making it impossible to move trough small openings.
