Gifts are innate abilities that certain individuals have. They are not earned or learned but basically bestowed randomly. The power of gifts is basically the power over gifts; it has metapowers that affect other powers purchased with the Gifts Origin.

Basic Action

You can sense if someone else is a gifts-user as soon as yous sense them. As you get closer, you can compare your own skills to theirs, noticing if they are stronger, equal to, or weaker than you. This is often used to establish a dominance chain.
