Apath Feats

I've restricted myself to just a few new feats. More feat ideas can be found at Feats (D&D).

Cosmopolitan Kitsune Shapechanger

You can imitate any humanoid species you have encountered, not just humans.

Prerequisite: Kitsune, Linguistics 3 ranks.

Benefit: When using change shape, you can assume the form of any species of humanoid of which you have encountered at least three different individuals. You get a +10 bonus on Disguse checks to appear as someone of the chosen species, but you assume the same shape each time, and this shape resembles your natural form; more so if your Disguse check is low. Observers familiar with your normal form get the same Perception bonus as those familiar with someone you impersonate ordinarily would.

The benefit also applies to other improvements on change shape, such as the Realistic Likeness feat, tough that feat overcomes the resemblance to your ordinary form.

Precision Shot

You can place your shots where they hurt the most

Prerequisite: Point-Blank Shot.

Benefit: When using a ranged weapon attack (throwing attacks included), you can add your Dexterity bonus to damage up to the first range increment of the weapon. You cannot add any Strength bonus to damage when you do this. If you have a Strength penalty to damage, that still applies.

Precision Strike

Using light weapons and exacting precision, you can strike a foe where it hurts the most.

Prerequisite: Weapon Finesse.

Benefit: When using a melee weapon with Weapon Finesse, you can substitute your Dexterity bonus for your Strength bonus when calculating damage. If you have a Strength penalty to damage, that still applies.

Quick Draw (Combat)

You can draw and sheathe weapons faster than most.

Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +1.

Benefit: You can draw or sheathe a weapon as a free action instead of as a move action. You can draw a hidden weapon (see the Sleight of Hand skill) as a move action.

A character who has selected this feat may throw weapons at his full normal rate of attacks (much like a character with a bow).

Normal: Without this feat, you may draw a weapon as a move action, or (if your base attack bonus is +1 or higher) as a free action as part of movement. Without this feat, you can draw a hidden weapon as a standard action. Alchemical items, potions, scrolls, and wands can be drawn as a free action even without this feat.
