Unofficial rules compendium

Apath is Abbe's sandbox for Pathfinder rules and ideas. Based mainly on my experiences of 3.5 so far. This is not decided upon, merely a first inventory.

Possible Imports

Multi Classing

All abilities based on class level are instead based on character level. This applies to what the ability does, not to how you use it (if you can use it, how many times you can use it, or what kind of action it is to use). This increased the utility of multiclass spells, animal companions, and such.

Not affected by this are hit points, base attack bonus, skill points, and saving throw modifiers, and any ability mentioned in the "special" column of the class table with a new entry, which still work per the normal rules. Spells per day and spells known are always determined by class level, but caster level is character level.

Example: Trapfinding improves based on character level, as Trapfinding is only mentioned one in the Special collum of the Rogue's class table. Sneak attack does not improve with increased character level but only with Rouge class level, as each tier of Sneak Attack is mentioned separately.
