This is a piece of spellware that helps to absorb the strain of casting metamagical spells. Once installed, you can use any metamagical feat you know through the buffer, which will reduce the normal spell level increase by the metamagical buffer's rating (but never to less than the spell's original level.
Caster level: 13th; Prerequisites: Implant Spellware, limited wish or miracle; Market Price: cr 10,000 (+1), cr 40,000 (+2), cr 90,000 (+3), cr 160,000 (+4), cr 250,000 (+5).
