This trait won't let you add the same ability score to skill twice. Some skills have no alternate key ability. Skills with several subskills (Craft, Knowledge, Perform and Profession) can have certain subskills with different alternate key abilities. Skills with several subskills (Craft, Knowledge, Perform and Profession) can have certain subskills with different alternate key abilities. A skill that has a primary key attribute that is Strength or Dexterity suffers from armor check penalties, even if used with another attribute as an alternate key ability.
