Half-orcs are the offspring of humans and orc. The mixed blood can manifest in later generations, but a half-orc that begets children with either orcs or humans usually have single-raced progeny, meaning that most half-orcs have mixed parentage.
Half-orcs mix the best traits of humans and orc, but are not fully accepted among either race. Their mentality goes tru the whole range from brutish orc or civilized human, and often changes from moment to moment.

Respect-seeking, mercurial, noconformist.

Various outcasts and halfbreeds throughout history.
Sexual Practices
Gender equality, Prostitution, Sex outside of race.
Taboos
None.
Family
Half-orcs generally conform to the family pattern of their race or culture. Two married half-orcs generally do so too. But often their orcish instinct to form an alpha relationship surfaces.
Magic
Half-orcs are not great spellscasters, especially nor arcane casters.
Pantheon
Half-orcs have no pantheon of their own. They tend to follow the orc or Common Human pantheon, but half-orcs with roots in other cultures might just as well follow those.
