The ISPD Liaison supervises, coordinates, and participates in analysis, planning, production, and dissemination of tactical, strategic, and consolidation psychological and intellgence-gathering operations.
The ISPD Liaison is not a part of the marine chain of command ,but a command asset with special Imperial perogatives.
