This is the Tortoise schtick of the same name, Feng Shui, p. 138.

Strike a sorcerer bare-handed with a Martial Arts check: if successful, the sorcerer is unable to use the Sorcery skill for a number of shots equal to the Outcome. You may multiply the Outcome by the number of schticks you spend on this ability.

You may spend an additional schtick to apply this ability to the Arcanowave Device skill as well.
