This is the Rooster schtick of the same name, Feng Shui, p. 136.

Take off and fly for the rest of the Sequence. If you are already flying, the schtick must be used first thing in each Sequence, or you suddenly land. Add the number of Fu you spent for this schtick to your Move while flying. You must move straight forward a minimum distance equal to your original Move each action or stall. You can make sharp turns and wingovers.
