This is the Rooster schtick of the same name, Feng Shui, p. 136.

The trigger action depends on what variant you have.

• Display: Raise your arms in a stylized movement of size and intimidation directed at an opponent.
• Kiai: Focus a scream at your opponent.
• Penetrating Gaze: Gaze fiercely and unblinking at your opponent.
• Roar: Roar at your opponent. .

After you've done this, you gain a bonus to your Martial Arts action value against that opponent, provided that your Charisma is higher than that of your opponent. The bonus equals the difference between the two Charisma ratings. The bonus lasts until the end of the Sequence. If you spend extra schticks on this ability, you can target an additional opponent per extra schtick.
