Disorienting Strike

This is the Rat schtick of the same name, Feng Shui, p. 134.

Make an unarmed attack against an opponent, striking at a crucial nerve point in order to induce dizziness and blurred vision. If successful, then you do not only do normal damage to opponent, but may also add your Outcome to the difficulty of the next attack check he makes. The opponent may counter this effect by doing nothing but reorienting himself for the next 3 shots. He may still passively dodge. If you pick this schtick twice, you can use it with a melee weapon. If you pick it thrice, you can use it with a gun.
