Eagle Eye

You're particularly adept at firing at armored opponents and hitting the teeny-tiny bits of them that aren't armored. If you have Eagle Eye, you can ignore any armor your target may have.

Your pinpoint accuracy also has other benefits. As long as have an unobstructed line of sight to even a small part of your target, you can ignore Cover modifiers. If you miss, you may still hit the cover, which becomes important in the case of human shields and the like.

This schtick never works with any kind of area attack.
