Carnival of Carnage

You can attack unnamed characters as a 1-shot action. If you target several people, they must all be unnamed. This is great for mowing down gobs of mooks.

With one pick in Carnival of Carnage, you can only do this with one-handed pistol-type weapons such as revolvers, automatic pistols, machine pistols and hand crossbows. With two picks, you can do it with any gun.

This schtick never works with any kind of area attack.
