Path of the Shooting Star

This path is focused on ranged attacks; throwing steel like stars falling from heaven. It is unmatched among ranged attacks in speed and power.

Throwing attacks suffer a range penalty of -2 per ten full meters of range.

Lucky Star

Fu: 0, Shot: 0

You can pick a certain type and design of throwing weapon as a signature weapon. This schtick allows you to have an array of throwing weapons, who all count as your signature weapon, as long as they are small and do no more than Strength +2 damage. You never run out of weapons of this type, though they can temporarily be taken away from you. You often leave some behind, perhaps even as an ego signature.

As an alternative, you can pick one large throwing weapon as your signature weapon, and that weapon will now return to you after being thrown, instantly ready for a new attack. As a further option, you can pick a non-throwing weapon, in which case you can now throw it, but it will not return to you.

Storm of Blades

Fu: X, Shot: 3

Draw and hurl X missile weapons. Either attack X targets at no penalty, or attack a single target with +X to your Action Value. As an option, you can hurl and bounce a single throwing weapon, but in this case you must subtract X from the damage of the weapon, as the bounces use up precious energy.

Dance of Steel

Fu: 3, Shot: 3

You can throw a weapon to soar or bounce around corners to strike opponents you cannot even see, as long as you know they are there. There are no penalties to such a shot, and naturally you ignore all penalties for cover, darkness and so on.

Perfect Balance

Fu: 1, Shot: 1

Pick up a mundane object and attune to it, so that you can use it as a throwing or melee weapon. This can include pencils, sticks, paper clips and credit cards. The object will now do Fu +2 damage in your hands, and can be thrown, until you let go of it. You can have any number of such weapons attuned at any one time.

Shooting Star

Fu: X, Shot: 1

A weapon you hold will glow with a visible chi aura until it hits a target or until the end of the Sequence. When the weapon hits a target, it explodes, doing 2X additional damage to those who touch it.
