Chromehead

Chrome is more an attitude than a specific implant. It can be a fashion statement, or a mild form of cyberpsychosis. If you go for chrome, you refuse to hide your cyberware. You cannot have a skin graft that makes you look normal, and none of your systems are slick. They can be identified by anyone knowledgeable in the field of cybernetics.

A variant of Chromehead is Crude; your cyberware is simply so primitive and/or cheap that it is easy to spot, with a metallic, industrial look

Another variant is that you are sponsored and have to walk around as a living ad board. The specs and brands of your cyberware is obvious to all.
