You have sensors installed that catch, break down and analyze rogue cells in your vicinity and reports back to an internal computer. In this way, you can keep track on who has been in the area in the last twelve hours. This allows fantastically accurate assessment of who has been where in combination with the Investigation skill; you can tell age, sex, health and a lot of other factors about the people who have been around even if you do not have a positive ID stored in memory banks.
