Judicious Sun Knee

Make a punching martial arts attack. If your target actively dodges the thrust it automatically misses, but you may then step inside his defense and immediately make another attack - the eponymous "judicious sun knee". ;-) This attack may not be actively dodged, and causes 2 points of impairment for the rest of the sequence.

This is the penultimate fu power in the "path of the hands of light", most of which has been lost in the mists of time. I know that this seems filthy, but compare with "storm of the tiger"! you could lower 2X to X - would need playtesting. I may do the whole extended path at some point - learning this power would require a quest in itself.

Touch your opponent with you fingertips (make a MA attack which does no damage). If you succeed, spend X chi: there is flash of light and your opponent suffers 2X impairment for *one* shot as he is virtually paralysed by the disruption in his chi.

Last one - this was much harder to come up with..

Midnight Storm Protection

As a defensive action you may redirect the force of someone's attack back upon them. Make a kung fu check with a target of the attackers fu; if you succeed you still take damage, but your opponent is thrown back a number of metres equal to his outcome plus any chi spent on his attack.
