This is Xternal Arcanowave Skeleton in newspeak or Scars on the street.

Based on a schtick by Ben Rasmussen.

This new fangled arcanodevice in laymen terms is a chunk of ARB that has been enhanced or enchanted with magical or demonic properties. You plated or encased in the ARB material. This grants you protection and control over what ever property was infused in the ARB. To date the buro only issues exoskeletons with Fire and Acid, though they are currently trying to control a void-like darkness, freezing temperatures near absolute 0, and lightning of the type that keeps shorting out other cybernetic components.

In game terms this grants the user 1 point of armor at all times. When plugged into an AI/O port, the properties come to life and infuse the subject with what ever property were imbued to it. They can attack with their body for Strength +4 damage. Anyone immune to the infused element takes no extra damage. In addition, anyone striking you in close combat is blasted, with a damage value equal to your Arcanowave Action Value minus the outcome of his attack.

Extra schticks add 1 point of armor and +1 to the damage of the attack, but adds nothing to the effect of the counter-blast.
