Arcanowave Schticks


Warp Paws

A totally disgusting weapon for the depraved. It is thought that these were designed and named by a rival to the technician who designed the War Claws.

These are mittens with a stubby tentacle instead of a hand. You put it over a hand, making it basically useless for other purposes. When plugged to an AI/O port, the tentacle drips slime and ooze, leaving a disgusting trail wherever you go. Anything touched by the tentacle in this state is warped and bent. If used as an attack, use Arcanowave or Martial Arts to generate action totals. It does your Strength in damage, like a less effective fist. This counts as a bare-handed attack for Fu schticks. Like the War Claws, it can be combined with Creature Powers, in this case tentacles: if you have Tentacles, each can be fitted with a War Paw at no additional cost, and be used with Creature Powers skill.

In addition, any character hit in combat with the tentacle gains your current Mutation Point total. If his current Mutation Point total is already equal to or higher than yours, it is increased by 1d6 (not open-ended). At the end of the session, he must make a Mutation Check. If you are an Abomination you are considered to have Mutation Points equal to your number of Arcanowave schticks.

Concealment rating: 5 (Trench coat).
