Commonwealth

Hit hard by the Great War, the Flu of 1930, and the disruption of Canada, the Commonwealth is wracked by a host of problems of it's own, but it is still the main world power. Trying unsuccessfully to prevent the breakup of the USA and Canada, and to contain Japanese expansion, it must also contend with interior divisions.

Failing to achieve superiority on it's own, the British have adopted a "divide and sunder" attitude, helping separatist and independence movements all over the world.

In the pacific theater, New Zealand vies for greater independence, simultaneously depending on the Commonwealth for protection from Japanese interests. Australia is wracked by a civil war on wether to remain in the Commonwealth or not.

The Indian Empire is still holding, through tenaciously at times. The problem there is more a matter of keeping the many different nationalities of India from tearing each other apart.
