I suppose 50 lb. and a +5 bonus on ejection rolls seem fair for an early model.

Historically introduced on the Swedish J21 in 1940-something, ejection seats seem to be quite likely in a world where so much high-profile air combat takes place, where pushers are popular, and where pilots are so highly prized.
