Background

Spanish fascist out to make money for his regime. He hates the brithis because of family reasons (his family supported Napoleon), and has acted as a privateer against British shipping duringthe civil war, causing much damage and taking much loot. He is a very wanted man.

He had a map with the location of a Spanish off Antigua. He knew there was no treasurte on board, but a map to the fabeled Ikons of Ikammanen.

He arrived at the wreck in his ship Sea Ghost after the heroes had taken the helmet-map, but just in time to take them captive. He decided to feed them to the sharks; they swam to safety after foolig the sharks by dragging down one of the fascinsts. Only mist and darkness saved Sea ghost from being bombed.

When he went to Krikambo in a dingy to investigate and get a local pilot, he was bushwhacked by Solomon Black and presented with a deal much as the players are. He feels this is an alliance of convenience, and will only cooperate as long as he finds it profitable.

He betrayed Black and the heroes when they returned with the loot from the Ikons of Ikammanen temple. Threathening them with cannon, they surrendered, only to escape and threaten to take over the ship. That's when the british navy caught up with him, and Sea ghost was sunk.

He was thrown overboard floating on a crate, but Rebel shot the crate out from under him. He wasn't found; presumably he drowned in the Atlantic.
