Eleonora Eluviel Cariele

Background

Born in 1504 as the daughter of Eluvie Cariele and an unknown father. Elionora is so very unlike the other children she seems to be a changeling (a terrible accusation in these days). She is of frail constitution, dark complexion, with gleaming dark hair and a wonderful voice. She is quiet and perceptive beyond her years.

Because she stole the attention at one of her mother's parties, mother and daughter had a falling-out in 1513, and Elionora was sent to the Academy of Stargazers as an apprentice. Eluvie thought some time there would break the child and bring her running back to mommy, but Elionora perservered, despite her tender years, and absorbed the learning the sisters had to offer, if not their doctrine.

The child Elionora Eluviel Cariele was born in the year 1504. As a child she was calm and well mannered, a bit shy, but yet charismatic. She differed a lot from the other children, her frail build, her slightly darker complexion, the raven black hair and the enchanting purple eyes. There were even whispers in the court that she was a changeling. At early age she started to absorb knowledge, and the questions she pestered everyone with, settled things. At the age of five Elionora started to attend lessons with Master Scholar Maximilian , there she started to learn etiquette, languages and lore.

In the early days she was something of mother's little jewel, pampered and protected but also shown off as the pretty princess of the court. At the age of eight the child steals the attention of the guests at a banquet. With her wonderful display of colorful Cantrips in support of Aramil's music. A week later, Elionora was sent of to study at the Academy of Star gazers. The child was heart broken, she hated her mom's decision to be sent away. Many at the court saw her oldest brother Aedric comfort the sad child, he gave her a warm and comforting hug and whispered something in her ears, and then she wiped the tears away, smiled at Aedric and entered the coach.

The child that left returned as a young lady. Her slender body, long raven black hair, enchanting purple eyes, her dress plain but exquisite and her manners elegant and graceful. Elionora has attended court several times since she returned, always polite and elegant, her conversations masterfully laid out, but her motives and where she stands in politics is unknown, except for that she has openly declared that she supports her oldest brother Aedric to the crown. Although she is rumored to have graduated at the Star Gazer's Academy with the highest grades, she has never been seen wearing their ceremonial clothes. She has settled down in a little mansion with a quite large garden with some trees surrounded by a stone wall. She employed her old nanny Marie as a house keeper, and her old scholar Maximilian has been seen at her house several times.
