Background

A mercenary kobold hired by drow from the Underdark to stop human incursion by terror tactics.

Celindre's party were out to catch him and his kobolds, and Fa'ren, Azazello and a hundred goblins actually got down to chasing them.

Hunted down by Carcelene's party, he is convinced that he escaped them, though he is really leading them back to his sponsor, High Priestess Anchora Ramma. His band was later chased from the dwarven ruins by Assasselo's goblins.
