Background

A bully and extrotioner. Often arranges riots and labour disputes. He tried to form a riot in the port in Intibah while the Miramar was there, to steal the cocatrices.

His job in Wedding Day was to provide cover: he incites the beggars, herds the children and starts the jeering. He never openly cooperated with or met the other tricksters. He was not noticed.
