Background

Julnarah is the chief of the foreign office in Huzuz (Golden Huzuz, p 30) and assistant to Jiraad.

She is one of the steps that must be passed to gain admittance to the Grand Caliph. She also accompanied him to Takkbar, and might send the PCs to investigate Gelling's disappearance.
