Background

Jalal the ship's mate. He has a problem with authority, and clearly cannot investigate his passengers, who are clearly his superiors. He gladly hands the investigation over to the players.

He's sometimes heard strange moans from the captain's cabin at night, and think he has been abducted by demons.
