Background

Al-termus is a survivour of several Aboleth attacks. He is extremely lucky, but his presence attracts sea monsters and Aboleths in particular. Twice his ship has been sunk, he being the sole survivour.

He is also in league with a band of costal pirates, the kind that light false signal-fires and loot stranded ships. He will try the flooded cave trick, but this will probably not do him much good. His gang of twenty toughs are really not so tough, and will not take up a serious fight.
