| A quite new character in the campaign, and thus still unknown to the others, Abyele is a Mamlukah (female slave soldier) of the Wanderers, a society based in Huzuz. The wanderers are travelers, explorers, and bodyguards, and Abyele was assigned as the companion and bodyguard of a human explorer mage, who was later murdered. She considers herself to be in disgrace, and won't return to her society until she has avenged his murder.
Originally, she is from the Gray Jungle, in the Ruined Kingdoms, where she was born in an unenlightened tribe living in squalor.
She is a big, brawny woman, constantly armed and armored. She has yet to test her skill against worthy opposition, but she sure is tough, and her practice ot the Path of the Earth Mother makes her even tougher.
