This realm spells wards a holding against divination and planar travel. It combines the effect of the spells nondetection and planar anchor, at the caster's normal caster level. Extra regency points can be spent to increase the caster level on a 1 to 1 basis.

The regency point cost of this spell is equal to five times the level of the holding which is to be protected. Law, Guild, Temple and Source holdings must be individually protected, as much castles and other assests. Assets which are not holdings and which do not take up too much room, such as palaces or universities, count as level 1 holdings. If a fortification is protected, all holding levels portected by that fortification are also protected.
