Evil
The master of misfortune, lord of winter, harvester of death, and master of the Shadowfell, Nerull is the negative counterpart to Pelor. The patron of selfishness, pestilence, and undead, he often has a shrine in the temple of other gods to placate his anger. His code is bitter:
- Death is liberation, and needs to be deserved. Do not grant a quick and merciful death.
- Those close to death will do anything to postpone the inevitable – use their fear and deny them solace.
- The best weapons are indirect; fear, disease, and undead slaves.
Nerull is known as Selvekar the Waster among the Baklunish, Telchur the lord of Winter to Oerdians, and has an aspect named Incabolous focused on disease and hopelessness. His exarchs are rarely worshipped.
