There are certain vehicles that are simply too complex for ordinary folks to handle. Which ones is setting-specific, but aircraft are typical.
If you lack familiarity with a certain type of vehicle, you suffer a -2 penalty to Drive, and you cannot use any Vehicles schticks.
Typical hard-to-pilot vehicle categories include:
- Aircraft and space fighters
- Mecha
- Ships (space and sea)
- Submarines
- Drones and remote-operated vehciles
