Champions are governed by the rules for Exceptional Abilities and normally cannot increase their attributes past 10. They also do not display any powers,m though they can have a few gadgets. They can use any munane equipment they like.
Champions have access to more types of schticks than other heroes. They can freely bye Fu and Guns schticks, and pay only one point each for Pulp schticks.
