You are a public figure and famous to some degree, people know how to get in touch with you. This can apply to either your heroic or private identity. If both are separately famous (like Batman and Bruce Wayne), you get to take it twice.
Journalists and autograph-seekers hunt you. You may have a position of responsibility, and you are expected to show up at certain events, such as charities and public ceremonies. Assassins, spies, and other enemies know where to find you.
If it applies to your heroic identity, you are a well-known super. Any powers you generally use and your more noticeable limitations are general knowledge, and the rest is not that hard to research.
If it applies to your mundane identity you have demands on your time that make it hard to be a full-time super without compromising your identity.
