The sonic version is not strictly illegal, but still highly suspect. At the same time, these can give status, and can be bestowed as a patent of nobility. The Dragon Empire has special helmets that can be used with breath weapons, but a commoner with such a helmet will be an instant suspect.
This is the Blast of spellware. Use normal Blast rules, but only certain combos are available. Your mouth must be exposed to use this spellware - you cannot wear a space suit, gas mask, or full helmet.
