Add 1 to the Action Values of all transformed animals within range until end of Sequence. No one can benefit from more than once instance of Herd or Lord of the Beasts. Range equals your Fu rating in meters. You can spend additional schticks to increase the range, adding to it your Fu rating in meters for each schtick spent.
In general, anyone who is capable of learning animal schticks is considered to be a transformed animal, but in genres where transformed animals are common, only those who are capable or learning the Herd schtick qualifies.
