Concealment: Trenchcoat
The Mizugumo (literally,"water spider") are outsize pontoons worn on the feet, permitting the Ninja to walk on water. He uses his normal move, but cannot run and must do nothing else while moving. If he falls, it requires a stunt to right himself again. He also suffers two points of Impairment. If worn on land, the same penalties apply. Taking them on or removing them is a 3-shot action.
