T3

Fu / Paths / Immutable Clay

A very specific path, that fights and masters arcanowave energy and mutation. It is thus specific to environments where such schticks exist. It can be very powerful there. Depending on the campaign, this could apply to some other type of schtick.

Creative Thunder

Fu: 1, Shot: 3

Strike a character, preferably one wielding an arcanowave device. If your Martial Arts task check succeeds, add their number of Arcanowave Schticks to the Outcome. The bonus cannot exceed your Fu Attribute.

The Wandering Cow

Fu: 1 Shot: 0

When attacked by an Arcanowave, you can make a Martial Arts roll against your opponent's Action Result. If successful the attack is reflected back on your opponent, using the original damage value bt your reflection roll as Action Value.

Unexpected Harvest

Fu: 0, Shot: 3

Lay hands on an individual (including yourself) who has arcanowave schticks. Make a Fu check with a Difficulty equal to the number of schticks. If you succeed in the check, gain the number of Arcanowave schticks as Fu points. You cannot exceed your normal maximum Fu points in this way.

No Medicine

Fu: 7 Shot: 0

You are immune to Arcanowave Schticks until the end of the Sequence.

This is a combat stance, and is activated at the start of a Sequence, just after initiative is rolled. You can enter a stance as an action during a Sequence, but you can only do so when your shot is coming up. Stances stay in effect for one Sequence. Several stances can be combined. You can enter a stance in response to someone else's stance, so it may take a few moments for everyone to decide upon stances. You should describe how you dramatically shift into your stance, especially if you combine several stances.

Clearing the Ground

Fu: 8, Shot: 3

Cure someone (willing or not) who has been mutated by arcanowave exposure, returning the subject to his natural state. The damage of this attack is Fu +2. For each wound point inflicted, one arcanowave schtck is lost for the remainder of the session - the target decides which goes first. If all schticks are lost in this fashion, the target has the option of freeing himself from arcanowave at the end of the session, losing any schticks and flaws. Otherwise he undergoes a a nightmarish sequence of mutations that restore his power for the next session.
