We have used T3 to play a lot of fantasy, using many old Ad&D adventures.
When converting from AD&D, there is a separate formula for monsters and characters. This is because the Hit Dice concept of AD&D can reflect either skill or mass.
This conversion model gives attributes and a maximum skill value - schticks and number of skills have to be decided manually, emulating the abilities the creature had in AD&D. Monsters often have a highly impressive array of Creatures powers and limitations.
Monsters
- Maximum Skill: 10 + HD/2
- Body: 5 + HD
- Chi: 5 + HD
- Mind: Note that there is no Intelligence attribute in T3, Mind is just the closest approximation. Animals get good Mind scores to reflect their superior senses and odd psychology.

Damage Ratings
The damage add of a weapon is it's average damage in AD&D. For weapons that have no Attributes, use a base of 5.
