A cosmetic modification. With skin graft, you can look like anyone or anything with a basic body shape similiar to your own. You cannot turn into a baby or a crocodile using this system, but can change your body mass from half to double normal. The operation takes a few days of hospitalization, so appearance cannot be changed on a whim, but if you also have a Face Dance Mask, your entire bodily appearance can be changed at a whim.
This will also conceal cyberware of four schticks or less from observation, though it cannot hide it from sensors - use the Mask for that.
These are the normal rules on bulk:
Cyberware that can be taken several times become slightly more bulky for each pick you take. As you load up on metal, you become more inhuman, and at very high levels deployed cyberware will change your basic form. Eight picks is the usual maximum for cyberware.

Skin Graft helps you to conceal your cyberware visually, while Mask helps you disguise its sensor signature.
